1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device. They let us keep your basket between pages, remember your cookie choices, and (with consent) understand how the site is used.

- Strictly necessary — required for the site to work. Always on.
- Performance — aggregate visit analytics. Off until you accept.
- Marketing — email attribution and (future) remarketing pixels. Off until you accept.
